Customer Service Hours:
I ship out orders Mon-Fri between 9am-4pm EST. If you contact me outside of these hours I'll get back to you as soon as possible the following business day.
Important Shipping Information: 

Due to COVID-19, USPS is still experiencing historic shipping delays. First Class Mail and Priority Mail are now taking an additional 1-3 weeks (or more!) to arrive. If you are placing a time-sensitive order, please know that I cannot guarantee shipping times and all shipping estimates are very loose.

Handling/Packaging Time Varies per Product:

  • Greeting cards, prints, + stickers: ship out in 1-2 business days
  • Apparel: ships out in 1-7 business days (some items are made to order)
  • Mugs: ship out in 1-7 business days (each mug is made to order)

Local Pick-Up:

Some items/orders will have the option for local pick-up (if you're located in the Cape Cod area). This option will be available at checkout (on applicable items). If you choose local pick-up you'll receive an email and pick-up information when your order is ready.

Returns + Exchanges: 

At this time, because most items are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. 

Before you place your order, be sure to read the product description carefully and look at any available sizing charts and/or measurements or dimensions.

Please note that there will be some slight color variation between what you see on your screen and what you receive in-person, due to differences in screen display/brightness/colors and print colors. I do my best to ensure that the images shown for each product capture the colors of that product.

{Did your product arrive damaged or broken? Oh no! Send me a pic ASAP after it arrives and I'll replace it.}

Making Changes to Orders:

Unfortunately, I am unable to make changes to any orders after they are placed. It never hurts to reach out and check if you have a minor change to shipping address or a gift note, but I can't guarantee that I can make your adjustment.
